Previously he spent almost 15 years as an investor at MidOcean Partners, a $1.3BN private equity fund, including two years serving as interim CEO of MidOcean portfolio company, Sbarro leading the Company through a financial reorganization. Other significant transactions and board roles during his time at MidOcean included Jostens, Therma Tru, Radiologix, Jenny Craig and Hunter Fan. Prior experience includes working as a consultant at Bain & Company and an investment banker at Kidder, Peabody. Nicky graduated from Trinity College Dublin and received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
