I'm an active member of the Sr Leadership team, which helps to ensure that the organization accomplishes both business and people goals, by implementing strategic plans across talent attraction, management, and engagement. As a strong people leader, I create scalable processes and drive TA best practices while developing and nurturing a team of dynamic TA professionals. Helped scale the organization by 600%, increasing headcount from 50-400.Role ended as a result of company-wide reduction in force.

Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to Technical, Sales, and G&A Recruiters and Sourcers who provide recruiting support to our clients and their TA teams across the United States.

Sr. Engagement Leader: Oversee the recruiting operations within an engagement, working with TA Leaders directly and often as their first point of contact. Help clients to improve their recruiting strategies and plan projects more effectively, often setting up “discovery sessions” with key stakeholders to identify issues and ways to improve. Boost morale and build productivity within teams for better and more efficient execution of tasks and projects.
