Working on 2 programmes – Solution Selling – part of a global programme, I’m responsible for UK implementation, working across the UK business and globally with colleagues in BDR Thermea to transition from selling products to holistic heating solutions as we move into Servitization and as a contributor to Net Zero. I'm also working to deliver Clean Heat Market Mechanism legislation which aims to contribute to Net Zero targets with heat pump installation to UK customers as well as working on a future Servitization Heating as a Service (HaaS) model in collaboration with our innovation partners. I project managed the overseeing of a high value construction project to build the UK’s contingency Transmission Network Control Centre (TNCC), as part of the UK national critical infrastructure. Between 1998 and 2013, I held a range of increasingly senior roles including as Metering Process Analyst (2009-2011) where I lead a regulatory project which mitigated financial risk for BGB from £14m to under £1m. I also held a Process Improvement role within the Commercial team, which involved contributing to increased sales revenue/lead conversion rates by coaching 100-strong sales team to reduce & correct leakage.As Transition Manager (2011-2013), I set up and led implementation of a Live Debt Collection Agency (DCA) into Early Collections journey including team leadership and management.
