I have a passion for helping others do things differently, and believe that if organisations, teams and individuals focus on what’s important to our customers and try out their ideas we will improve quality, which in turn gives better job satisfaction greater efficiency and many more positives.Working in the world of change and continuous improvement for over two decades, I would like to think that I can draw on many experiences to help others. I particularly enjoy developing and delivering training and supporting people develop and use new skills.A little vice of mine is an addiction to data analysis (but only from a quality improvement perspective), and I try hard to share this vice with others by dispelling the bad use of data that occurs in organisations on a daily basis.
