As a Compliance Analyst at Navigate360, I help schools and businesses create safer and more positive environments by ensuring our products are in compliance with various federal/state data privacy laws, cybersecurity best practices, and other relevant regulations. I also review and negotiate legal contracts with clients and partners, applying my skills in legal research, analysis, and communication. Before I joined Navigate360 through the acquisition of my former company, I worked as a Compliance Analyst at Motivating Systems, where I supported the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. I have over two years of experience in the compliance field, and a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where I also served as a 711 Licensed Student Attorney at the SIU Legal Clinic. There, I gained valuable hands-on experience in providing legal assistance to low-income clients on various civil matters.I am passionate about using my legal knowledge and skills to help organizations and individuals achieve their goals and protect their rights. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with diverse teams, and challenge myself to grow as a professional.
