As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), I am the business partner to the Fraternity CEO and Foundation President, as well as the business leader for the Delta Tau Delta Enterprise. This position strategically manages finances, administration, human resources, facilities/housing, and board relationships. I thrive on the responsibility to drive streamlined activities across Delta Tau Delta and foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The Sr. Director role is a transitional role to Vice President of Operations & Finance. This position serves as the business manager, chief fiscal officer and chief compliance officer for the Foundation and reports directly to the President. The position is elected Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors and leads a team that provides administrative support for the Board and its Committees. Responsible for the proper functioning of the business, financial and administrative support services, and oversight of all compliance matters, as well as the headquarters facility of the organization. With the President and Chairman of the Foundation, the Vice President of Operations & Finance administers the planning of business objectives, organizational policies, and Board functions.

Developed executive communication plans, including tactical plans, long-range strategy, public speeches, presentations, videos and materials for key stakeholders and external audiences and constituents.Publisher of The Signet, of a 54-page international membership magazine.

Managed a staff of 21 with a $2.75 million annual budget and served as an active member of the executive team alongside CEO, CFO, General Counsel and Director of Communications to determine high-level, long term strategy.Responsible for day-to-day growth and development of chapters, including oversight of leadership consultants, expansion, harm reduction, education curriculum, and alumni involvement.Led development of four-year strategic plan focused on:- Strengthened membership experience for Millennial men- Utilization and advancement of strategic partnerships- Increased alumni engagement and education programsPlanned, organized and executed annual international summer conferences, officer leadership academy, and chapter advisor’s college. Directed all education, training and risk management for members and 700 alumni volunteers annually.Served as co-chairman of the Chapter & Member Development Committee on the Fraternity’s board of directors, developing ongoing leadership programming and coordinating long-term engagement activities concentrated on volunteers and donors.Liaison to the Educational Foundation, building donor, volunteer, and corporate pipelines for $20 million capital campaign.
