Global Process Manager for the IKEA Quality Deviation Process, with responsibility to develop and improve IKEA cross functional way of working with Quality Deviations. The quality deviation process consist of threee main steps, starting with collecting and gathering of all deviation global input through multiple of input channels, from direct customer input to supply chain inputs and external 3rd party input. Second step is about creating an efficient and lean execution process for handling all quality deviations in terms of investigation, problem solving, immediate actions like sale stops or delivery stop, but also corrections for total stock situation in the IKEA supply chain including claim and finacial settlement. The third step is to enable learning from all quality deviation data in terms of data mining, trend analysis and presentation capabilities towards IKEA stakeholder.The job involves all parts of the IKEA organization from product development, supplier production, distribution and storage to selling meeting all the customer around the globe. The total process scope includes the IKEA core range of homefurnishing products and IKEA Food products.
