I am a Scientist for the Water Planning Ecology group in the Department of Environment and Science . I completed a BSc (Hons) in 2016, and recently finished my PhD under the supervision of Professor Craig Franklin and Dr Rebecca Cramp, with research interests spanning ecophysiology and freshwater ecology. I investigated the carryover effects of UVB exposure on health and development of amphibians (frogs). In addition to being a 2018 UQ Global Change Scholar, positions as a Casual Assistant Research Tech and Biology Teacher at UQ College have provided me with exceptional managerial, leadership, communication and teaching skills. My ambition is to help protect the natural world for the well being of future generations, educating people on the importance of biodiversity along the way!
