I decided to join the game and challenge Apple in making the ultimate smartphone, bringing with me my previous experience as a professional iOS developer.We developed the next generation UI framework (Cascades) for BlackBerry 10.Some of my early work included prototypes and demos of advanced graphics features, a trademark of TAT, that were shown at the BlackBerry developer conference in San-Francisco where the acquirement of TAT was first officially announced to the public.I later became part of the Application Structure team, responsible for developing the complex built-in structures like e.g. action menues and sidebars that communicate with and take in system-wide input from several different applications. An important part involved developing the software architecture design and providing 3:rd party developer APIs for these designs, as well as securing performance and fixing reported bugs. Show less

Self-taught on Apples iOS, I turned a growing hobby into professional work during the smartphone boom and developed iPhone and iPad applications for several big companies in Sweden and Norway. Some projects involved optimization for performance-critical algorithms whereas some were more focused on the graphics design. During this period I also joined an Android project developing image processing algorithms in C for real-time image stitching algorithms.

At the System Simulation department I worked with developing and maintaining full-scale system simulation software for the WCDMA physical layer implementations of ST-Ericssons mobile platforms.
