Handling setup of new global projects with time plans, budget and project targets. Abilities in handling quick changes and stimulate teams to perform in a changing world has been important skills to manage.

Coordinating the production engineering related work performed in different new product development projects.

Focus within the production engineering area within new projects. Automated assembly was a big part of the groups responsibility.

Coordinating production- and mechanical engineering work. Project manager for the production engineering project within the overall restructuring project when Kumla factory changed mission from production of mobile phones to Radio modules. This required good structure, a holistic overview (operative and administrative) in the factory, communication and change Mgmt skills.

Implementing automated assembly of mobile phones. Including requirement handling, planning, purchase and verification of installed equipment both at supplier in Japan and at site in Kumla. Ability to handle cultural differences were important areas to manage.
