Barium is a SaaS platform that offers its clients a new way of creating crucial business applications through a Low Code graphical interface. These clients range from SMBs to some of the largest companies in the Nordics, and even Europe. Including various responsibilities ranging from updating and maintaining the website, producing content (video, blog articles, brochures, illustrations etc.), social media, coordinating events to everything in between. The role focuses on the creative and graphical side of marketing but also includes analysing and setting up campaigns as well as being a helping hand to our sales team in the CRM system or producing sales collateral.Our marketing philosophy is a mix between marketing automation, inbound marketing as well as some outbound activities. We're a data-driven team and measure everything we do in order to always improve and tweak existing ways of working. This includes everything we do on the web to campaigns and content.

A part from these main duties I have learnt a lot from working closer with the sales team, such as inbound marketing, lead nurturing and lead generation. The work was always very tightly connected with the KPI:s we set which has given me a greater insight of what the marketing team provides to the sales team but also the organisation as a whole and during my time we have met almost all of the ambitious KPI:s we set.

Summer intern (2014) at Coporate Communications and Project employment (2015-2016) in-house agency. The role as Summer intern included a lot of benchmarking towards our competitors where I use Google analytics for the most part combined with own research and comparisons. I also helped the HR-department and NCC:s in-house agency with different ad-hoc assignments. Both 2014 and 2015 I participated in a team responsible for coordinating, planning and realization of NCC:s particapation on Almedalsveckan in Visby, Gotland. During my time with the in-house agency I was mainly working as the web service department where I used programs such as Episerver, Cumulus, Retriever and Z-mags to update the website, create new content and organize the image bank among other things. I have also been a photographer at certain events or there was a need to update image bank with certain types of pictures and helped coordinated a renovation of parts of the main office in Stockholm.

My main responsibility was to coordinate the connection between tow truck and the person/persons needed aid. In this position it was very important to read the situation quickly and in a fast and effective manor help the customer in a correct way. It was a changing environment since we got evrything from people who needed a jump start to serious crashes with multiple cars involved with police and ambulance coordination throughout Sweden but also abroad.
