As the Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Olo, I led a team of high-performing sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets, expand market share, and foster long-term relationships with enterprise customers. Prior to that, I was the Vice President of Customer Engagement at SMG, where I functioned as a player/coach, designing the first operating structure for our growth sales organization, managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing strategic partnerships with industry leaders to renew and expand among our install base. I've designed, implemented, and executed effective sales plans, identified and pursued business in new verticals, and successfully negotiated and closed numerous multi-million dollar ARR deals.
