As of October 2022, I am officially a certified yoga teacher! I completed both of my trainings through CorePower Yoga: a 200-Hour Program for Power Yoga (accredited by the Yoga Alliance), and a 50-Hour Program for Yoga Sculpt (a CPY-specific strength-oriented class that incorporates weights). In late 2022, I also completed an intensive training to be certified to teach the Hot Power Fusion format (hot power yoga) at my local studio. Now I have the honor and privilege to teach waitlisted classes weekly!
