Managing DirectorRennic Enterprises Pty Ltd 1989 - 1994Sydney, AustraliaA private company that I started as a 20-year-old when I won a two-year tender to provide outdoor catering facilities at Floriade, a spring festival held for four weeks in Commonwealth Park Canberra. While the catering business continued to honor the Floriade contract, the company grew into a daily operating business.As Managing Director, I was responsible for the growth and success of the company. I was successful in opening the first licensed bar in a shopping center in Sydney and expanded again when I opened a café/restaurant in a Greater Union complex in Sydney. During this time, the business continued to offer outdoor catering solutions, mainly to corporations in the music and entertainment industry.I am proud of the success that Rennic Enterprises achieved during my time as Managing Director.
