I am the Managing Director of the Ricoh Dealerships based in Nelspruit, Swaziland, Mozambique, Lydenburg and Richards Bay and I offer more than 20 years of continued and combined work experience. I am accountable for the overall management of the Sales Departments, Telesales Departments, Technical Departments, Admin Departments and Human Resource Departments of the above-mentioned dealerships. I have extensive experience in providing leadership and skill in all spheres of the companies that I own. I am a self-motivated, team driven professional able to manage a number of subordinates. Throughout my career I have accrued a multitude of skills including client relations, management operations and creative problem solving. I gained great experience as a Sales and Management Professional during my employment as the Managing Principal of TopNet Realty in Pretoria. I was mainly responsible for coordinating sales; in that capacity I consistently met and exceeded all goals. My sales background provided me with the excellent people and communication skills necessary to succeed in any Sales and Management position. I gained skills in account development, carrying out customer tours, managing all financial and loan activities and establishing successful training programs for new employees as well as communicating with individual in all levels of fiance and management. I gained the ability to generate new business while at the same time producing teams of highly trained sales personnel.
