Preparing breakfast in the morning(croissant, fruit, biscuits , ingredients for the preparation of different types of eggs) . After breakfast finished, my role became helping chefs in their preparations , in particular helping the pastry chef with his preparations and also serving desserts of the day.

Working in a pastry shop’s laboratory for 6 months in order to improve my knowledge in using the main pastry tools and learn the correct procedures to follow in making basic dough(choux and puff pastry) ; decorating pastries and cakes too.

Mainly dishwashing , preparation of starters, organize the work’s area and bar’s warehouse. Sometimes I’ve helped my colleagues in their work when necessary .
