Engineering Manager and Client representative for Tshipi on the Project team for the execution of a Techno-economic Feasibility study, Concept and Basic design of the Secondary Process Plant at the Tshipi Borwa Mine.Engineering Manager for Tshipi e Ntle Manganese project for the design, fabrication, construction and commissioning of the Primary Crushing Process Plant, Mine and Plant Infrastructure, Train and Road load out facility at the Tshipi Borwa mine. Managing of Tshipi e Ntle Manganese Capital projects and implementation of Engineering functions at the Tshipi Borwa mine to support operations and ensure operational readiness during processing plant commissioning and production ramp up period.

In partnership with Anmar Mechanical from Canada various Furnace rebuild projects was executed for Lonmin Platinum and Anglo Platinum.

Managing Project Engineering functions for Lonmin Platinum Major Capital Projects Group throughout the project life cycle for all the Smelting operations.
