• Oversee the development strategy of Midale and Frobisher drilling in SE Saskatchewan and Spearfish drilling in Pierson and Bottineau. The Midale formation boasts some of the strongest horizontal multi stage economics.
• Implemented a three year plan for all areas with significant future step out and infill drilling. This allows me to effectively manage risk, expiries, well commitments, infrastructure limitations and development goals.
• Work extensively with reservoir engineers and service companies to test and design tailored Midale frac programs to improve ultimate recoveries. This includes core work, frac simulations and adapting to technology.
• Initiated the transition of our Steelman field from primary to secondary recovery through conversion of horizontal wells to injection. There are currently three wells under injection with plans to convert an additional.
