I received my Ph.D. degree in Microelectronic from the University Paul Sabatier (UPS) of Toulouse, France, at LAAS/CNRS, in 2006, (I studied the capability of Low Noise measurement technique to detect latent defect in IC's due to ESD stresses.), previously I graduated in M.Sc. degree in Physics from the UPS, in 2001.From 2006 to 2009 I worked for NXP semiconductors (previously Philips semiconductor), in the Netherland, as an ESD/LU (ElectroStatic Discharge/Latch-Up) Engineer in the IO Digital Library group.In 2009, I joined STM in Crolles (France) on the same position. As an ESD/LU Engineer, I developed ESD protection network for IO libraries in most advanced technologies (C28FDSOI), I drove qualification activities for both ESD and Latch-Up, I reviewed customer's designs focused on ESD performances, I provided ESD consultancies regarding IC design in most advanced CMOS technologies. From 2013 to 2016, I had supervised a Ph. D student on EOS (Electrical OverStress) topic. In 2016, I gave a new orientation to my carrier and joined the TCAD team of STM (Crolles) where I am in charge of TCAD support for all BiCMOS technologies.
