Participation is open to anyone with a biometric passport or Personhood Credentials, enabling secure and authentic conversations among citizens.Our solution is privacy-first, sybil-resistant, and censorship-resistant.

HOPR is a decentralized and incentivized mixnet that aims to protect users' metadata.
