Proven track record of providing first class customer service and building great working relationships.In 2015 I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering. During my engineering industrial placement as a Research and Development Technician, I was always more interested in the communications with customers and how the business was run. This made me realise that I would want to work in a more customer oriented role and since then my degree has helped me in effectively communicating complex products to customers.After graduating I decided to work and travel in Australia for one year, which was a great opportunity to meet new people. This both improved my confidence and ability to approach new situations. Skills that proved invaluable when I was an Area Sales Manager two years later. I took a second career break in 2019 to travel in Asia, which again was a great opportunity to meet new people but with the addition of experiencing new cultures.
