I have a BCom (Information Systems) from UNIWEST, a Post-Graduate Diploma & coursework for a Masters in Business Administration at Wits Business School. I also have a Bachelor of Laws degree from UNISA and a Certificate in Project Management from Wits Business School. These qualifications and over ten (10) years of work experience in public service give me diverse competencies to work and adapt to different areas of public service. Over the past twenty (20) years, I have honed diverse competencies through my work experience in the public service, enabling me to excel in various areas within this field. As a Director, I have taken a leadership role in providing policy on the governance public entities, facilitating seamless service delivery integration, defining innovative ICT solutions for government processes, and contributing to the development of relevant policies.Among my significant achievements are: a) As a Business Analyst at Accenture, I played a pivotal role in developing systems, structures, and processes for prominent institutions like Old Mutual Bank and the Independent Electoral Commission.b) I successfully managed the Programme Management of Single Public Service, organizing workshops and presentations nationwide, culminating in the Public Administration Management Act.c) My Project Management efforts led to the successful launch of the Maponya Thusong Service Centre, presided over by the then Deputy President Ramaphosa.d) I played a vital role in the development of the Digital Transformation Strategy, which was tabled in Cabinet in 2018 and continues to serve as a reference document for current Digital Government Transformation policies. Presently, I am actively involved in the implementation of a Programme of Action for Digital Transformation, collaborating with a dedicated team.e) My Project Management expertise was instrumental in the digitization of payslips and other government documents through the Electronic Document Delivery capability.Throughout my career, I have collaborated with experts in DPSA, encompassing diverse areas such as Legal, Service Delivery, ICT Infrastructure, Corporate Governance, Finance, Business Administration, and Public Administration. Additionally, I have actively served in government inter-departmental committees, particularly contributing to ICT-related task teams within clusters.
