Hi there! I am a HR professional with over 8 years of Human Resources experience and have recently transitioned from the military to the civilian sector!Currently I am a HR Specialist at Engie . I process new hires from time of job offer through orientation. Act as first point of contact for inquiries into HR from internal and external clients, responding with a high level of customer service, professionalism and promptness using our customer relationship management software.Prior to joining Engie, I was interning as a Human Resource Assistant at Christus Health (Santa Rosa Hospital). I assisted HR with a variety of admin functions in connection with onboarding, benefits and human resource processes.Prior to joining Christus Health I was working as a personnelist (generalist) in the United States Air Force since 2015. During my military career I have gained a wide range of experience. This includes the first 3 years at Grand Forks AFB onboarding, counseling airmen on their career goals, benefits programs and promotions. The last 4 years I was at Langley AFB in a Supply Chain unit overseeing the HR/Administrative operations of 128 personnel. These experiences have allowed me to gain a better understanding of HR practices and employee relations.
