Nico is a Design Lead for internet access devices in a team of hardware designers. Over the past years Nico and his team managed to develop and launch several device portfolios with fixed-line phones, media receivers, remote controls, modems, Wi-fi-repeaters and internet-routers – with over 10 Mio devices still being in use today.Developing end customer devices in a service company with 22 Mio broadband customers in Europe, means orchestrating multi-media touchpoints for coherent customer journeys cross-silos – from the device housing, over hardware interfaces, user manuals, illustrations, packaging, web applications, shops, apps...During his career Nico received more than 30 design awards and holds 2 patents.
