IMA International is a development organisation that provides training, consultancy and coaching for organisations worldwide, to help leaders and managers of private sector companies, NGOs, UN agencies and government departments develop their skills and improve performance. I assisted with the organisation of participatory training courses which took place in South Africa, Thailand, Kenya and the UK.
