I'm a project manager with the amazing team at Community Energy South - nurturing the development of new community energy companies. I love helping them seize opportunities to gain income and reduce carbon. I'm a voluntary co-Director of MaidEnergy – a community benefit society dedicated to local carbon reduction - I've been living and breathing the challenges and opportunities of the sector through this CBS..I'm on the Board of Trustees at The Drop In children's service on the Isle of Portland, Dorset - bringing fundraising skills and learning the value of raising aspirations of young people and helping all to overcome barriers to inclusion. My former role as director at Our Community Enterprise was great for developing my business development and fundraising skills. I gained a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising during that time which is useful in much of my ongoing work. I have skills in business and project development; group development; trustee board analysis; stakeholder engagement; evaluation, corporate partnerships; funder research, review and application.
