What is a Technical Virtual Assistant?-In a nutshell, I am somebody who works with your business and helps to make your workflow better by taking care of your technology and small business tasks.Yes, but what does that MEAN?-It means that I am one of those crazy people that actually enjoys reading training manuals from cover to cover, and working out every single feature of the system that you have paid into!I still don't get it?- Neither do I half of the time! Every day and every business is different. But this is generally how things work.Nicola: Hey amazing client! So what do you need help with?Client: I'm not really sure. I just know that I am working a lot of the time and I really want to be able to pass some tasks over.Nicola: Right, let's have a coffee and a chat.*30 minutes later*Task list:- Build a lead tracker-Update all leads and their status-Put all Canva photos into folders for easy access-Research relevant podcasts for client to appear on and make initial contact.-Clear up mailing list-Respond to comments on Facebook 3 times a week-Re-purpose blog posts for social media-Find a way to reduce running costs of current CRM-Change all documents in Google Drive to business branding-Make updates to website-Chase unpaid invoices-Chase referencesOk. Well, I cheated here a bit, as this is just my list of tasks I did in June this year. But hopefully you get the picture. I am intellegent, pro-active and patient.
