The role includes communicating with both clients and service providers, over a range of services and platforms. Project management of over 200 projects in the last ten years, often running multiple projects simultaneously. I have experience trouble shooting issues and working with clients and providers to resolve problems. As technical lead I was responsible for the development of web solutions for small to medium businessess, providing the solution which best met their requirements. Working with over 250 clients over the last ten years has given me experience across many cultures and operational platforms.I am adept at researching, and will often search for alternatives to ensure that the current or suggested solution is the best fit.Part of my role has been the production of all documentation for our clients and all business documents including quotes and technical documents. As office administrator I also looked after communications, accounting/bookwork/invoicing , payroll, HR and office management duties.

As well as being the owner of Webcoast Nicola is also the one that develops and maintains client's websites. Nicola specialises in Wordpress and Joomla! websites (builds, revamps and maintenance), arranges hosting and domain names, and responds to technical queries. Nicola's previous fifteen years (prior to 2006) were been based around software design and development. The projects were varied, encompassing large complex projects working with others, through to small specialized jobs which were completed in small teams or by herself. As well as the design and development, she was also involved with support & maintenance of software, maintaining client relationships, and project management.
