As a telephone campaign caller for The 125 Fund, I was to call up alumni's and update their current activities on the system and courteously, ask for donations.

A digital image scanning project was undertaken where a blood smear was scanned and spliced to create an interactive digital blood smear. The objective of this project was to create an easier way for students to learn and recognise blood morphology either independently or in a classroom environment. Additionally, I assisted in teaching a summer short course programme and developed delegates' teaching packs.

Demonstrated and assisted in sales of various products. Developed my communication and customer service skills by dealing with a variety of different people from different countries.
