I have been working in education sector for over 30 years and been involved in leadership and a specialism in SEND for the last 12 years.My skills are supporting pupils with SEND and their families, ensuring their progress and inclusion. I have also led school and local authority professional development/training on inclusive practise and particular strategies. Within my leadership responsibilities' have also worked in safeguarding and health and safety As part of my leadership role in a large diverse primary school I developed skills in budget planning, provision mapping, performance management of employees and also data and attainment reports.From September 2020 I will be starting an exciting new role as Exams and Data officer at Medeshamstede Academy
