I have worked in Education for over 25 years , both as a teacher and as a freelance consultant and project manager. I have worked with learners both in the UK and internationally from primary through to university level and supported teachers through CPD and creative partnerships.I am passionate about the role of The Arts in developing the whole person and it’s capacity to generate transformational change in both young people and adults. Dance is an inherently mindful practice and I am drawn now to develop an approach to Mindful Movement which is accessible to all.
