Set up and developed a successful property search business specialising in assisting private individuals relocating into Cornwall and Devon from other parts of the UK and overseas. Developed relationships with estate agents. Travelled to meet prospective clients in their own homes to take a brief. Arranged and conducted viewing tours. Negotiated purchases and managed conveyancing process.

Undertook Change Management projects for clients including Comax/Amy (MoD), Amerada Hess and New Holland. Common theme of all projects was team building, recruitment and management development in finance and/or IT departments.
