Working at the London office of MS Amlin as a business partner to Group Underwriting and Marine & Aviation strategic business units. Main point of contact to Senior Managers and middle management on all people related issues including organisational design, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, TUPE and recruitment. I have managed a number of TUPE exercises and also managed small to mediums redundancy programmes successfully with no litigation. When implementing Workday into MS Amlin I took part in the design, testing and implementation whilst also being the lead on international assignees' within Workday.I am Hay evaluation trained and complete regular job evaluations for any new roles.I have had exposure to employment law outside of the UK, including Singapore and India.
