Write and review SOP's, mentor and train staff both in laboratory skills, and suprvision during BSc, MSc and IBMS portfolio training. Deputise for lab manager when required, work on the 24 hour shift rota. Ensure quality of equipment, and results using internal and external QC programs, work towards CPA accreditation with SOP's, audits and COSHH paperwork.
