I was involved directly with every aspect of the projects which included the coordination of the clients, developer, architects, site agents, contractors and suppliers. I had to ensure majority aspects of design, construction and finances would meet the time sensitive deadlines.

Co-ordinating international sales between clients, factory production/availability, financial departments, transport and international shipping companies

The Timber Harvesting, Earthmoving (road construction) comprised of approximately 450 employees, excluding management which consisted of 12 people. This covered employment contracts, calculating monthly salaries, medical and housing. Furthermore, I managed all financial aspects of the company, prior to being finalised by Accountants.

Constructed & Managed a 9 room guest house which inlcuded full catering.
