Managing a team of seven, downsized to five. Responsible for overseeing the day to day contractor contract generation process and generation of standard Square One client terms. Responsible for the online timesheet, contract & document management system.In addition to the tasks undertaken previously as the Contracts Manager and the Payroll Team Leader I am responsible for: - Continual system and team progression, learning and development. - Dealing with the needs of 750+ contractors regarding any queries on either payments, legislation or compliance. - Ensuring ethical and moral standards are met. - The collation of all candidate information following the introduction of the HMRC Onshore/Offshore legislation. - Assisting with engagement forums for the employees in the company.Additional Duties and Projects: - CSR committee. In 2016 I became Chair of the committee. Responsible for organising events, fundraising and regular meetings for the charity chosen to receive the support of the business. In 2017 we raised £9,600, setting a company record. - Responsible for a group of contractors ensuring their needs were met, handling their requests personally and providing support as required.

Responsible for the day to day running of the contracts department including:  Signing off contract documentation for extension deals, re-issues and non-contentious end of contract paperwork  Responsible for signing off all new placements with pre-agreed terms once terms are finalised Liaising with Accounts and Contractor Payroll with regard to any potential issues or queries and to ensure all bank details are input correctly Responsible for authorisation of all signed schedules and agreements Responsible for notifying Sales and/or contractors of any further information or documentation required in order to authorise the placement for payment Ensuring database of terms is up to date Creating weekly statistics for the Shareholders on the number of contracts and current runners we have Generating, verifying and distributing weekly reports to DirectorsAdditional Duties Monthly Performance Reviews  Developing, monitoring and reviewing contract processes  Creating training manuals and procedure documents to monitor team progress and to assist with any training needs

Responsible for the day to day running of the payroll department including:  Sending the weekly and monthly contractor payment runs (for 800 contractors) accurately and on time Reconciling weekly payment system data to payments made  Creating weekly statistics for the Payroll ManagerAdditional Duties Training Senior Payroll Co-Ordinators on staff management practices Chairing the monthly appraisals and creating an objective timetable Developing, monitoring and reviewing payroll processes to ensure a competent and efficient payroll team who achieve agreed service levels Creating training manuals and procedure documents to monitor team progress and to assist with any training needs Accommodating temporary staff shortages (i.e. Holidays and sickness)  Supervising document storage (i.e. Sales Invoices, remittances) Motivating, encouraging and developing optimum performance  Continuously monitoring team work loads and performance ensuring tasks are completed within the SLA (two hours maximum response time) Leading by example and delivering a high standard of customer service ProjectsIn charge of project work such as: Introducing a Self Billing solution Assisting in the implementation of an On-line timesheet system Implementing and testing electronic remittances for all contractors Arranging for all International Payments to be electronically uploaded  Testing a new bespoke system for the company
