I work closely with employers on a wide range of employment issues, working with them to identify what they wish to achieve, guiding them through the process step by step and supporting them in a practical way. I also assist employees, directors and senior managers in resolving work problems or disputes. I have extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, including: contracts and policies, disciplinary procedures, dismissals, grievances, redundancies, pay disputes, compromise/settlement agreements, tribunal claims, the TUPE Regulations and the employment aspects of buying and selling businesses.I am experienced in running training courses in employment law, including bespoke in-house courses for clients who wish to have training specific to their own particular needs, and I speak regularly at employment law seminars. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and I have been recommended by both the Legal 500 and the Chambers & Partners Directory for Employment Law.

I re-joined the firm as an Associate after my period as a lecturer and from 2009, I was a Partner in the Employment team at Gosschalks. I helped a wide range of individuals and employers in a variety of sectors, including construction, retail and charities, with their employment law issues.
