I obtained a BA from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama graduating in 1995, after working professionally as an actor since childhood. In my early 20’s, I also worked for the first time as an actor within business, & despite some positive experiences, felt that there was a gap in the market for a company that offered a high standard of service and that blended (in a non-theatrical manner) the creative arts and business; so for this reason I set up NV Management in 2001 with Tom Verrall.Since founding NV I have had the privilege of working with some remarkable people, & we are now a trusted partner for many global companies. I love the challenge and varied nature of my work, for example: I have designed & delivered global leadership programmes for Rolls-Royce plc; produced films for many recognisable companies; & work as a skills consultant & coach for companies such as Tata Steel Europe, General Motors, Cranfield School of Management and BBC Studios.I am comfortable working with people of all backgrounds. I am detail-oriented by nature & prepare diligently whether working with an individual, small group, or speaking publicly in an arena.I am driven to maintain my company’s reputation as well as increasing its growth, but never at the cost of its integrity.I also support organizations that offer care for the elderly and I am also an ambassador for The Guide Dogs for the Blind.
