I obtained a BA from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama graduating in 1995, after working professionally as an actor since childhood. In my early 20’s, I also worked for the first time as an actor within business, & despite some positive experiences, felt that there was a gap in the market for a company that offered a high standard of service and that blended (in a non-theatrical manner) the creative arts and business; so for this reason I set up NV Management in 2001 with Tom Verrall.Since founding NV I have had the privilege of working with some remarkable people, & we are now a trusted partner for many global companies. I love the challenge and varied nature of my work, for example: I have designed & delivered global leadership programmes for Rolls-Royce plc; produced films for many recognisable companies; & work as a skills consultant & coach for companies such as Tata Steel Europe, General Motors, Cranfield School of Management and BBC Studios.I am comfortable working with people of all backgrounds.
