In SAP Italia Presales Team i'm currently working in the Business Tecnhology Platform - Unified Data and Analytics Team as a senior data architect. I'm in charge to analyze, develop, implement the correct data architecture for our SAP customers in our market unit in order to squeeze all possible insights from their data. In this light i'm responsible to choose the correct SAP BTP product/service to achieve this objective.

My duty is to managing all project lifecycle from requirement gathering to project end, managing a distributed team across different countries. Software used is mostly open source like Cloudera Hadoop CDH4 ecosystem, Talend open studio for Big Data, Revolution Analytics ad QlikView

Team leader of quality management team for a large telecomunication virtual operator in italy. my duty is to define and mantain quality processes in order to improve client satisfaction and deliver as much quality as possible

During my work life I've worked a lot in analyzing, developing and mantaining various CRM and Biling platforms for multiple businesses like mobile communication company or infomobility business. My current work is related to infomobility for Italian's most inportant car manufacturer and Italian's most important landline telco company. They made a joint venture to lunch on the market a new suite of services for the car drivers. I'm working on analyze and deployment phases of a CRM and Billing solution fot these two clients.

I was responsible for CRM-Billing integration in several projects in Telco environments.Most of projects were developed using custom interfaces (built in C/C++) to integrate Clarify or Siebel with Billing system (Kenan Arbor-BP)
