I am Founder and Partner of the Maze Group which is a group of niche marketing agencies and businesses.Mazegroup.co.uknicolabray.co.ukI have 20 years of experience in marketing for brands of all sizes, from startups to national and international businesses and our group has achieved many lovely industry awards. Since 2009 we have developed To The End (Content Marketing), Studio 20a (Branding), Fluential (Influencer marketing), WXVE (film studio), HutFortyTwo (Development), Optimyzd (Paid), TLNT (Influencer Management) and Worx Gear (Outdoor Clothing), recently selling our first group business, HutFortyTwo.Our group also runs an incubator model to identify and nurture raw talent and ambitious people who have a huge passion for their area of expertise. We work with these individuals, who live and breathe their niche, to provide them with the freedom and guidance to start a new business within the group.I love the creativity and magic marketing can offer by pushing new disruptive campaigns and ideas and enjoy sharing my experiences at speaking events, including Ad Week Europe, CMA Events and The Marketing Meet Up.
