Whilst managing the compliance processes, I started to develop the UK resourcing.Resourcing was a part of business that was not fully developed.I implemented processes and many coding structures to ensure this information was accessible to all the sales team and this lead to an increase in our quality and quantity of our candidates.Changes in the structure of our overseas resource allowed me to play a vital part in restructuring and accessing this resource from the UK, which lead to me taking over the resourcing from Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
