I am a dynamic and detail-oriented Research and Development Chemist at F.I.S - Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. in Vicenza, Italy, since 2020. With experience in organic synthesis, my role has evolved to focus on process development, optimization, and innovative synthetic strategies. My expertise lies not only in the technical aspects of chemistry but also in the strategic planning and management of scientific projects.In my current position, I have strengthened my skills in developing and optimizing chemical processes, ensuring efficiency and high yields. I aspire to design new synthetic strategies that drive chemical production innovation. I independently plan, perform, and document scientific experiments, writing comprehensive scientific reports and laboratory procedures.A significant aspect of my role includes technology transfer, where I facilitate the smooth transition of processes from the laboratory to the industrial plant scale. This involves ensuring that processes are scalable, efficient, and sustainable. My troubleshooting skills have been critical in identifying and resolving issues that arise during chemical processes and experiments.Since November 2021, I have been pursuing a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and Trieste University. This joint doctorate, with a particular focus on Green Chemistry, is conducted in collaboration with F.I.S - Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. My doctoral research emphasizes developing environmentally sustainable chemical processes and methodologies, bridging the gap between academic research and industrial applications.My aim is to drive innovation and sustainability in the chemical industry, focusing on areas where my skills can make the most significant impact.I am eager to connect and explore opportunities where my background in research, development, and strategic planning can add value.
