A part time temporary HR administrator role, with the main focus on payroll.Main duties include (but not limited to):The collation of all payroll related information to process accordingly, using manual calculations for relevant month (such as pro rata pension contributions, time sheets, bonuses, SMP, season ticket loans etc). Arranging payment of staff salaries through online payroll system (Fourth), manage all season ticket loans using Loan IQ, process all tax documentation (P45, P46, tax code changes) administer pension payments, monthly reporting to Head Office, generate financing memos and payment instructions, respond to general HR queries and assist with HR admin.
