About Nicola Ní Mhurchú
Passionate about brands, creative advertising and radio and bringing them all together. Working in marketing for over 20 years in many different guises and various different industries including Media, Broadcasting, Technology, Broadband Communications and Engineering. Learning something new almost every day. Director of Marketing at IRS+ and working with our team to introduce brands and agencies to our new “Media Agnostic, Idea First” philosophy where the creative idea is our priority and media choices are based on a natural fit (and not preconceived views of where a campaign should or should not appear). Wrote a book once - "Internal Marketing: An exploration into the effects of internal branding on employee commitment to the charity brand" and have the blueprint of another in the works.
