- Liaising with key stakeholders from the UCD College of Engineering & Architecture to further develop students employability skills through the curriculum.- Designing and delivering classes, programmes and initiatives to support UCD students personal and professional development.- Empowering UCD students and recent graduates to effectively manage their career development on both an individual and group basis.- Creating and supporting opportunities for students to meet, interact with and network with relevant graduate employers.- Developing online resources for students, including the "5 Minutes on Careers" video series and "Jumpstart", a resource for international students.- Digital Transformation Lead for the UCD Careers Network from 2017 to 2020, including establishing the UCD Careers Online Working Group.- STEM Team Lead from 2022 to 2024, including coordinating a 5 person team and line managing an Assistant Consultant.

- Supporting postdoc researchers with their career development and career planning through one on one coaching.- Facilitating and organising careers workshops, panel discussion and related events.- Developing opportunities for postdocs to network with relevant contacts from academia and industry.

- Enabling students in managing their career development and career action planning on an individual basis.- Developing and delivering programmes that enhance students’ self efficacy, self esteem and self confidence in career planning, student employability and career progression. - Developing and delivering programmes to support the transition to graduate study and graduate employment, including, job-search strategies, effective use of social media in job search, CV development, interview skills and managing assessment centres effectively.- Developing opportunities for students to meet, interact with and network with relevant graduate employers.

- Designed, launched and established the UCD Freshman Study Abroad Programme.- Recruited and supported Undergraduate students from the US, including managing the UCD High School Programme. - Established bespoke programmes to support US students at UCD, including the UCD Service Learning Programme and the Freshman Peer Mentoring Programme.

- Programme Administrator for the UCD MSc. Digital Investigation & MSc. Forensic Computing & Cybercrime Investiga-tion – responsible for 180 students from 28 countries spanning 26 major codes.- Held varying roles as needed on a number of teams including “Project Coordinator” and “Remote Community Manager” for ISEC 2010 Europol Project and “Coordinator” and “Evaluator” for ISEC 2008/2009 projects.
