I am an experienced Career & Skills Consultant working primarily with the UCD College of Engineering & Architecture. I have over 15 years’ experience working in University College Dublin in a variety of roles, including 8 years in the UCD Careers Network as a Career & Skills Consultant, where I have also held a variety of roles including Digital Transformation Lead and STEM Team Lead. I am MBTI and EQ-i 2.0 certified and skilled in one-to-one coaching, workshop facilitation and working with key stakeholders to embed employability in the curriculum, as well as to develop bespoke initiatives for specific student cohorts. I have a a PGDip in Guidance & Counselling, a Professional Diploma in Entrepreneurial Education and an MSc in Cyberpsychology. My professional interests include data driven and innovative approaches to education, including design thinking applied to careers and the use of technology for career development.
