We are bombarded with messages and opinions, all day every day, and they have started to drown out the voice we should really be listening to: our own. As a coach my intention is to help you turn down all the noise, and tune into yourself. And even more specific, because the insides of our heads can be noisy places too, I want to help you tune into the quieter voice. The one that isn't critical, or demanding, but is calm and knowing. That voice, that's the one we're seeking. And in finding it, you find an infinite source of wisdom and strength. But more than any of those things, the noise, which doesn't just come from outside, but inside too, stops us hearing our own voice, which is ultimately the only one that we should really be listening to. I work with humans who are most probably in their head, to help turn down all that external and internal noise, and tune into themselves. It required not hard work, but deep work. It requires taking yourself on. The people I work have a full life. They want a fulfilling life. I help them get there.
