I'm passionate about the power that great facilitation and contemporary, future-focused approaches and tools bring to navigating complex problems (and opportunities). I’m currently integrating strategic foresight and regenerative development approaches to ‘traditional’ decision-making and planning processes (think Better Business Case, Strategic Plan development). This, alongside deploying fresh and engaging facilitation techniques (and, of course, chocolate) to unlock group energy is what gets me out of bed every morning. I founded Canopy Consulting in 2020 to allow me to do more of the above. As a Principal Consultant, I have previously created and launched new services, including Beca’s Resilience Practice as well as driving development of their Business Case Practice. Prior to my business consulting roles, my experience draws upon policy advisory roles within the Science and Innovation sector, four years’ market consulting within the global pharmaceutical industry abroad, and more than five years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering and R&D roles in New Zealand and Ireland.
