As a Principal Consulting Manager, I have a focus on implementing best practices and processes from the Sopra Steria group in our Danish organization. This includes our House of Consulting, Lean-Next and other innovating and agile business frameworks.I have focus on Business- and IT advisory with a strategic, digital, innovative and holistic mindset, I bring business and IT closer together. I also have the overall responsibility for some of our largest accounts and projects. As an overall responsible and Business Architect for our Topdanmark Omnichannel Communication project I lead the strategic way. And I have the day to day responsibility of our team allocated. A project with a purpose of digitize all customer interactions and task for the customer handling employees. A strategic core platform with integration to Salesforce, Claims-, policy- and customer service systems.

Department manager for Solutions. With responsibility of 3 team leaders and 30+ people I was a part of setting a new strategic way for Sopra Steria Denmark. This included a new internal organization structure but also a culture change to have more focus on people and empowering them to deliver so we could build trust and openness into our organization. Further areas were to have an strategic focus on partners and clients to make sure we could build trust into all 3 areas.Focus area: CSM(Customer Service Management), BPM(Business Process Management) and Service integrations(Java and .net)

With the responsibility and a mission to bring together the best team of consultants to support a strategic focus on Genesys and smaller added services to Genesys. My team became the central knowledge hub for Steria groups Genesys activities. Including projects in Denmark, Norway and UK.I had the responsibility of the day to day people management and the overall strategy of our CSM vision.I also had the responsibility of making sure we expanded our existing customers base by delivered service and support with excellence.

As a cheif consultant I was the lead technical and business architect in our largest customer projects. A part of the job was presales activities such as writing tenders and present solutions for new prospects. All activities were done in a matrix organization with team members from several departments brought together for common purpose.
