Whilst working under strict time constraints and recorded KPI’s, I was required to create online advertising listings, from billing, keying relevant data, and advertising design, through to pre-published and final quality checks. Recognised as an expert for our custom CMS, and selected to provide training and ongoing floor support to new Advertising Specialists. This resulted in a smooth transition for new employees & allowed them to quickly understand our custom software and procedures.Selected to lead a campaign promoting quality designs. Ran regular design tutorials that improved the quality of the teams design and introduced software tips & tricks that increased productivity.

I worked as a Mac Operator in one of New Zealand’s biggest digital print shops. The role consisted of graphic design, prepress and print finishing. Increased business output from it’s traditional pre-press & print finishing to a full end-to-end Graphic Design service by utilising my design skills, reducing the need for customers to source their own Designers.

Working as an in-house graphic designer for a Jeweller, I was responsible for our product photography, advertising design & marketing. I was initially hired to update and manage a manufacturer back-catalog, but managed to bring all our graphic design and advertising responsibilities in-house resulting in the reduction of our company’s advertising costs.
