I am head of capacity development with CISU.CISU has approximately 300 danish memberorganisations among Danish Civil Society organisations. We work with capacity development of the members and in some cases their partners in the global south. We also administer different funding opportunities for civil society organisations on behalf of the Danish Foreign Ministry. At the Secretariat I have the pleasure to work closely with 30+ great and very competent colleagues. I feel very privileged to get the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of CISU, members and the project and programs that members implement with local partners.

From now on we are formalizing the partnership further in order to take this exiting adventure to new heights. Nordic Praxis is a learning and consultancy company. Coop owns over 1000 retail stores all over the country - among these SuperBrugsen, Kvickly, Fakta, Irma and Dagli'Brugsen and LokalBrugsen.We do our very best to deliver the best goods at reasonable prices to the consumer in Denmark. The money that is made in the company goes back to our owners through an ownership program, and is reinvested in society through different projects within health, ethical trade and environment.As a member of the board I am involved in strategic descisions and the general direction that the company takes. Of discussing how we get our unique ownership model to work together with our business to produce the best quality and benefits for our owners, the business and society.

HOUE Consult is a consultancy company.Since 2013 HOUE Consult have worked with CISU, SOS Børnebyerne, DAC (Danish Afghanistan Committee), DHF (Dansk Handikap Forbund) and Børnefonden amongst others.I work with organisational development, facilitation of processes, leadership development, capacity analysis, formulation of projects and programs and coaching.I use a variety of different methods. Play Hub Aarhus is an organisation established to promote play. Play Hub brings together a number of different actors in a Play Collective. In Play Hub we exchange ideas, share experiences, get input and establish networks and contacts to people whom ourselves who believe in playing. In 2017 we are working on filling out or space and reaching out to a number of actors whom we would like to play with. For the time being I am also working CSR, entrepreneurship and organizational development.Besides I participate in the general work of the Secretariat which includes counselling, screening of reports, participation in discussions on various subjects and themes.CISU - Civil Society in Development, former Project advice and Training Center (PATC):General integration into the core activities of CISU, counselling on project proposals, organisational development, administration of the Civil Society Fund and contribution to and participation in professional discussions and strategies based on these discussions.Particular areas of responsibility:- Planification of courses, priorities, teaching, developing, follow up, evaluation and development of new strategy related to the courses.- Green profile for U-huset and PATC. Planning and implementing a green-profile for the office.- Responsible for the collaboration between PATC and CIVICUS (www.civicus.org) including participation in workshops and stationing fall 2009.Specialties: Organisational Development of NGOs and Civil Society Organisations, Rights Based Development, Training and Counselling of NGOs.

In April 2012 I was selected as a member of the national board at FDB - a Danish Cooperative movement. FDB owns Coop which owns a large number of stores all across Denmark.The national board works with the strategic priorities of the organization and the continued development of our business.Besides we work with the continued inclusion and implementation of the four focus areas for our social responsibility program, that is climate, environment, health and ethical trade.The organisation has been going through a process of establishing the optimal framework for using the many opportunities that we have. One of the very "obvious" changes is that FDB is now called Coop Amba, and the structure of the organisation is now more coherent.

Development and implementation of information and engagement campaign - Der skal folk til. We made a framework for participation and engagement for CISU's many members. We created and released "I Do Stafetten". 30 statuettes that travelled Denmark for six month inspiring to change and personal action. And we published a series of novels by danish writers, where they interpreted the stories and experiences from CISU's many members. It was a joy and very interesting.

I worked with Landlegalization and development of cooperatives in the Jinotega region in Nicaragua. This involved coordination within of the project team, negotiation with the involved ministries, consultancy for the Commitee for Solidarity with Central America, and several other tasks.
